Celebrating the Blue Sharks
Ahead of the men's 2026 World Cup, the Cabo Verde national football team, the Blue Sharks, teamed up with the Guardians of the Sea to promote the importance of shark conservation across the country. PaMAR partners Associação Projeto Biodiversidade, Biosfera I, and Fauna & Flora met with legendary goalkeeper Vozinha and the rest of the team to discuss the importance of protecting the very animals that inspire the team's name. Together, they highlighted the vital role sharks play in maintaining healthy marine ecosystems and the need to safeguard them for future generations.

Sea Voice – a video series
“Sea Voice” is a series of short videos produced by Associação Projecto Vitó featuring Cabo Verde’s Guardians of the Sea. The series gives fishermen a platform to share their stories, experiences, and the impact that the PaMAR Programme has had on their daily lives.
